This unit is fully furnished, equipped with all of the appliances and cookware you will need to make an amazing meal, as well as a luxurious queen size bed to ensure a restful night of sleep. We have also equipped this unit with a 50” Smart TV for you to enjoy your favorite tv shows and movies so that you feel right at home! Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment.
